Our vibratory separator is a medium duty machine designed to separate media from parts with either perforated opening style screens or custom opening bar screens.

The Porta Finish 2.5 is a self contained vibratory deburring or polishing machine that is portable on wheels, it has a 5 gallon compound container with pump that recalculate’s soap and water into the upper chamber that helps keep media clean and bright.

Our medium size vibratory tubes can polish and deburr a wide range of different size parts. The 2460 Vibratory tub can help increase quantity and speed shorting your output time.

Our Largest size vibratory tubes were designed to deburr or polish bigger odd shaped parts giving them room to move freely or larger quantities without damage.
